Standing at the Center of the Menorah _{Menorah Series, Part 2}

There is a secret relationship between the middle branch, and side branches, of the Menorah. The middle branch supports them all, since the side branches have no foundation of their own. This pattern is reflected in the Messiah’s relationship with believers.

Just as the side branches look to the center of the Menorah, His followers give Yeshua the central place. They cannot shine without Him. With a “vine and branches” connection (John 15:5), He illuminates our path, tends our flames, and ignites us to be the Light of the World. The pattern of the middle branch is also repeated in the seven divisions of scripture, the seven ages of history, and the seven verses of Psalm 67.
